Ben Grose
CEO
Ben has been working within the Hemp industry for close to 10 years. He has a particular focus on nutrition, farming and farming systems where he specialises in Future Trends and Potential Threats, Applied Systems Thinking, Concept Design and System Implementation & Innovations.
Philip Petelski
CTO
Phil started out in the dairy production Industry creating ISO standardisation systems. Phil then moved into Hemp, helping to establish production facilities and working to develop production, development and refinement of plant based technologies of some of the largest names in Hemp and Pharmaceuticals.
Max Osborn
Farming Manager
Max has been working in the hemp industry since 2015. He has been specialising in primary produce farming solutions, permaculture design / implementation and syntopic agroforestry.
Max is managing AHT's current hemp farming and carbon sequestration research projects in Australia.
Karen K
Public Relations
Karen is an independent professional who brings with her a decades of experience working in Public Relations and Fundraising. Karen has a background as a sports professional, where she earned the title of Dutch National Champion in squash. Karen then turned her skills to Life Coaching, where she specialises in motivation, media and corporate training and relations.
Carl Martel
CSO
Carl Martel is an independent scientist who has been working with and researching in the field of industrial cannabis for over a decade. Formally trained as a geoarchaeologist, holding degrees in Interdisciplinary Science. Carl’s areas of research include plant carbons for energy storage, green extraction solutions and harvest/processing innovations.
Liam Brehme
CFO
Liam operates a small management group operating in hemp, tourism, agriculture and import/exports. Liam's main focus is in Applied Systems Thinking, Applied Sustainable Development and Future Trends Potential Threats.
